They are for e-mount but it should be possible to do it for f-mount as well. I like the idea

Well, also illustrates what is feasible and what is sensible, I guess.
Modifying these lenses for a camera whether DSLR or mirrorless isn't that difficult. Basically one has to find a way of attaching a suitable adapter for the camera mount you had in mind. Thereafter ,as the aperture and focus both are fixed, all that remains is taking the photos. Couldn't really be any simpler.

Addendum: I even made the mount interchangeable across either a 52 mm or M42 thread, so the same lens can be used on CX, E-mount, m43, or F-mount cameras. For the 3D printing approach, I would need a lot of plastic ...

i am actually seriously considering 3d printing for prototyping a d mould master making ::)
the technology is currently cheap and fast. here in japan you can even send your design offline to dmm.com and they can print it for you using their high end printer. they even print metal! :o :o :o
