Title: Cape town with Elsa

As most of you no doubt know, Elsa Hoffmann co-runs a photography tour business in Cape Town. What you probably don't know, and what my words fall far short of explaining, is just how excellent she is at this!

I recently had the opportunity of visiting Cape Town, and while the trip was primarily business-oriented, I did get the opportunity to go to a few places with Elsa. She has a huge knowledge of her area. She has lots of destinations for all sorts of photography, she takes pains to learn the history and other pertinent information about her venues and is a gracious and accommodating host. And because she is herself a great photographer of wide-ranging skill and experience, she knows just where to go when!

Is it driving on the left in RSA or did you use a mirror?

Frank, as an ex-British colony, we drive on the left. In fact, pretty much all of southern Africa drive on the left.
