Title: Silvery Rock
Post by: stenrasmussen on April 17, 2016, 18:39:43
From my archive.
D200 and AF Nikkor 80-200/2.8 @ f/16. I kinda miss the CCD thingy...

Nice Image Sten.

Yes, in good light, the D200 (and the wee D40X with its tweaked up CCD sensor from the D200) could deliver good images, especially if converted to B & W.

Mysterious and very interesting. The colour is also very subtle

Very beautiful! The long exposures always bring out a silvery shimmer in the rock. It`s not a CCD thing. CMOS come out equal or close to, but still I feel that the CCD chip brings out something undefinable. It might just be in my head ::)
