Title: Sigma 24-70/2.8 DG HSM with trouble inside

Another project from my dealer. Zoom ring occasionally blocked. Turns out yet another nylon bushing gone astray.
Quite complex inside but I managed to find the bushing's home from which it had escaped. More later...

Those bushings should not be allowed to have a mindset of their own ... The Sigma designers need to chastise these rebels ... or we might be forced to buy nothing but Nikkors ...
