These are some photos from my recent trip to Crete. The first 3 were taken before dawn as the ship was approaching the destination port, wich is about 5 miles from Chania. The rest were taken just before and at sunrise in the old port of chania. All with D810 and Nikon 28mm f/2 AI handheld.

Elsid, your photos bring back good memories of Chania. I like the very last shot and _1ES6981-3. Impressive details given the sky was overcast.
Please show us more of Crete.

Thank you Anirban for your comments. I dont have too many of the city of Chania, as I was going to the mountains everyday. I, also, like the
"color" of the old city in Chania.

I miss Greece. I can hardly wait to visit again...
Thank you Elias for bringing back the memories.

Thank you Anirban, Elsa, Jakov. The Greek islands are beautiful and some have a color of their own, like Santorini, Rhodes, Mykonos.
Crete is the biggest island. The gorges and mountains offer great opportunities for photography. I am looking forward to next spring.
