Title: Fine Easter skiing
Post by: stenrasmussen on March 25, 2016, 14:55:23
We did a good 10 km cross country trip in the mountains. Typical bad weather but fun all the same.

I've seen worse Easter weather.

Enjoy the skiing, Sten :D

Sunny and 20C here.  Should warm up to 25.We used to get a dusting of snow every 10 years.  It melts before nightfall.

Back from the mountains. Here's another shot with the X-T10 and 35/1.4 lens.

oh wow from me - seriously something I still want to do - is shoot snow. The images are both great.

Snow can be challenging but some exploring of "meaningless" motifs usually rewards the photographer with desired outcome(s).

Very much like the minimalistic theme of the first two images. Third one is nice too.

Even thou I like a lot the depth depicted with the two poles and the rocks in the first image, is the subtlety of the lines in the second one that really call my attention. It works very well. The thin black broken frame as well.

  Thanks for sharing it.

P.E.: this morning we had 9Cº in Granada and think it was cold... :)
