I like this! The title suits the photo well :)
-
Bjørn, thanks! Glad you like the image as well as the title.
-
Akira,
Great title for a great image
*off topic, I'm always amaze at your proficiency in English, when I use online translators from Japanese to English the structure of the sentences is vastly different, the gap is way bigger than it is when I have to switch from Spanish, kudos to you

Armando, thanks for kind words. Thanks to the opportunities to communicate on a highly intellectual (and tricky!) level in NG and FZ, I hope I can keep my English running, which is a huge benefit for my profession.
The online dictionaries are great help, too. But the online translations between Japanese and Indo-European languages don't work well because of the fundamental difference of the syntax. Korean and Japanese share very similar syntax and thus the online translation makes a lot more sense.

Akira - I concur with Armando - I have often had the same thoughts about your language abilities.
I too like your image. Moody indeed
-
Akira's skill with English has always impressed me. He great at making images too. My chain feels too tight when I look at the OP.
-
Elsa and Ron, you are too kind. :o
Ron, what do you mean by OP? OP as a shortened form can mean so many different things... Original post maybe?
-
OP is original post, or depending on context, original poster. Photos like that make me want to howl at the moon!

Ron, thanks for the clarification. The title seems to work for you. :D
-
Another great one
-
Love this one, Akira. Excellent title - it's quite haunting.
Somewhere in Tokyo?
-
Very nice framing!
-
Airy, thanks for a kind comment.
Mike, it is a small park in my neighborhood. It is a pretty open space free of power lines around.
Thanks, Erik!

What happened to the second moon? ;)
-
A popular image, and with good reason. I agree with all the praise this image has received.
Coincidentally, I was out last night too, shooting the moon as we had an exceptionally clear atmosphere. But I won't bother to post my conventional and rather unoriginal telephoto shots. The 30-year-old 400/5.6 did quite a good job, however.

Fortunately or regrettably, the second moon returned to the sober world. ;)
