Jakov, thank you.  Fons, for the Texans, of course.  Elsa, this place is Magallenas Island, Near Punta Arenas, Chile.  It is in the Magellan Channel.  Both the end of the world and the middle of nowhere.

Thanks Ron - I looked it up as it looks so much like the African Penguin  - which I see it's very closely related to.
