I'm always impressed by your B/W PP. An UFO hiding in plain sight? And those are some wonderful trees.

There is another heinous "UFO" in this same park. Can be seen here http://nikongear.net/revival/index.php/topic,2219.0.html
About my processing, could not be simpler.
Just RAW and PS CC with the playing of some B&W filters in the regular B&W engine of the PS.
I spend less than 2 minutes in each pic because I´m too lazy and impatient.
Never use layers or other advanced technique due to my lack of knowledge on that.
