Title: Sacred Evils

The Sacred Ibis, quite common over here in Cape Town, can somehow have a rather evil and morbid appearance at times.

An interesting bird for sure - the pair with overlapping bodies and hence double heads stands out.

Are these taken with the 200-500?

Yes - All handheld with the 200-500mm. Obviously with some 'fun' processing on some to enhance the mood.

As long as it strengthens the image appeal, process along whatever lines you feel appropriate.

Good to know you enjoy the 200-500. Too dark in my part of the world for me to consider this lens myself, and besides, birds are not the focus of my main photographic interests anyway.
