Where to post such links or are such links not "welcome"?

If they are directly related to photographic topics, put them in the board most suitable to the actual content. Thus on cameras => Camera Talk, on lenses => Lens Talk etc.

We have NO "Off Topic" board by design, so don't link to political appeals, jokes, and suchlike stuff even if it has a photographic flavour. Other sites can serve such requirements better.

Yes, I understand that and I didn't want to break any rules :)

Try the general "Life" forum.
