Praise Jesus TV - Dallas, Texas - December 4, 2015
I was sitting in a mostly empty bar a couple of nights ago, waiting to meet someone, when the bartender changed the channel on the television to this.

For the believers an epiphany no doubt. For everyone else, food for thought.
-
I would grow tired of sitting in that bar pretty quickly.

Glad you postesd this Rick. This is a good example of the fact that fanatics come in all colours and attitudes towards those not subscribing to the "right" belief.
I detest such use of the brain.

Thanks for all the comments.
Yes, I thought it rather odd that the bartender changed the TV to this particular channel.
Fanatics come in all colors, shapes, and sizes. Humans are such strange creatures.

Reflecting back on your other bar post ... I would have thought color television would have made an apperance in Texas by now ...
On a sadder note, having worked in San Bernardino ... I think fanaticism of any kind is something not to embrace.

Everyone knows how backward Texas is, Gary. Every now and then you can catch a glimpse of a color TV in a store window. It always draws a crowd..... 8) ::)

I've seen something like that on TV before. Blank faces, raised hands and jerky motions. It was directed by George A. Romero though.
-
The photos reminded me immediately of the (must see) motion picture The Apostle.
