Great colour composition! i really like that we can see more context, that's not so often shown in bird pics.

It is a "grey hooded warbler" .

perfect combination of bird, tree and sky . Also nicely framed.

at a wild guess (not knowing what country it was shot in) - yellow robin.......?????
