Thanks for posting, that banded pattern in the foreground is very nice, together with the relatively low viewpoint (for an airoplane shot?) on the mountains and glacier in the background.

What a wonderful image, the foreground can be an image by itself, and then the mountains !

Thanks for your comments. This is the Malaspina Glacier located at the head of the Alaska Pan handle and is the largest piedmont glacier in the world measuring 40 miles (65 km) across. Quite the sight which I was fortunate to see first hand along with several other glaciers on a flight from Cordova to Juneau.
