Title: Wet plate technique in 2015 used by Danish photographer
Post by: Lars Hansen on October 24, 2015, 11:31:04
A Danish photographer has taken up the use of the 150+ years old wet plate technique to shoot busy and fast subjects (the youth..) using this very slow and somewhat unpredictable technique. The results are quite fascinating and inspiring.

He won a first price in "Årets Pressefoto 2015" (Press Photo of the Year 2015) in Denmark for the youth series.

There is also an interesting portrait series.

15 second exposure time is quite a while to freeze the subjects movements
