They are so dysfunctional.
I can't even figure out what the weather is like.
Some are dressed some aren't. Some have shoes some don't.
They don't even seem to be very happy.
Great capture.

Jaques, At what pixel dimension was this posted?  It comes out nicely on my 27" monitor.

Hello, apologies for the delay in replying but I was away from the computer with all the information., The image is downsized from a TIFF processed from a NEF file from a D200 using a 17-55 2.8 Nikon lens, the jpeg I posted to Flickr was 2000 x 1300 approx at 300 ppi, I am not sure how the uploading here or Flickr affects the image but the above is the nuts and bolts of the image.

Who invented Churros? They are all over this place.

One of the coolest group shots I have seen in a long time!

Very French Atlantic coast, Bretagne which is never very warm in summer,

i find there's quite a bit of loss sharpness and contrast
uploading from computer to flickr
which is most noticable with b/w's

A great group-shot indeed. It makes me uncomfortable, in a sense. Just before the 'storm'  ?  ;)

The village of Erquy is said by some to be the village of Asterix.
The scene is evocative and indeed representative of large groups on vacation.
