Recent shooting

I struggled with the conversion of this image in ACR and/or LR
I will get posterization (banding in the gray tones), until I added noise then it looked ok

I had the camera set to monochrome / green filter / contrast increased, the resulting JPG looks ok , but I wanted to correct some skin blemished

Sensuous and intriguing. The bisecting of the image with the window pane is slightly distracting to me, but is easily overpowered by the total emotional power of your subject. The processing and noise level makes me think this was film.

Thanks you Fons, Jakov, Gary , Frank

I tried moving her a bit forward to avoid the bright frame edge , but the reflection would be lost in to brighter areas of the window

Appreciate your comments

You might have struggled, but you ended up with a great result.

Looks like a film noir.  Very evocative!

Armando, ths is lovely.
The only improvement I may propose would be to crop the right side, just including or just excluding her ear in the reflection, depending on your preference.
It would make the image less symmetrical, better balance for me.
But wow, her expression is perfect and so is your b&w.
