Title: Bontebok on the Cape

We drove down to Cape Point to see the Cape of Good Hope, then went Olifantsbos beach to walk part of the Shipwreck Trail. This guy was browsing just above the beach and seemed unperturbed by our presence. Nikkor AF-P 70-300mm f4.5-6.3, Nikon D5300.

Very nice photo, in such a remote place in the world.

Very dramatic and clear photographs of a Bontebok.

Bonteboks are deemed to be extremely threatened and there is a National Park in the Eastern Cape dedicated to their protection and survival.

Now you will have to go in search of the even more dramatic Sable antelopes which I was lucky to see further north in the Caprivi Strip,  Namibia?!!
