Depending on how you look at it, it could be an abstract image or a bush of Aulaga, also called Rascavieja. Although my friend the shepherd from Campillo de Adentro calls it Chochovieja.

this is nearly abstract, as in the first moment you might think it were insects
the German "shooting sparrows with cannons" which means "take a sledgehammer to crack a nut" comes to my mind, using the Nikon 1000mm cannon for birds

I was behind an owl, then I saw the flock of starlings and with the 1000 lens in hand, I took several photos of them.

I've never seen a Comorant from that viewpoint before, but enough bird to be a bird abstract :)

It's a cormorant landing on a bridge by Santiago Calatrava. For me it's an abstract solution, a black x on a blue background.
