Title: Fuji GFX 100
Post by: bobfriedman on January 29, 2025, 15:23:17
I guess I will also add my recommendation for the Fuji GFX. I just picked up a used pristine GFX100 which sold initially for 10k USD at a 75% reduction.. I have been shooting with the GFX 100s for a while now mostly landscapes and macros which has the same sensor and processor as the GFX100 but I couldn't resist the used price of the GFX100. My understanding is besides some design differences it is the same sensor as the Hassy and the lenses are made in the same place, essentially a Fujinon lens.  So for me the price break difference between the fuji and the hassy is significant. Of course it is a matter of personal taste.

My current lineup as follows:

Fujifilm GFX 50s Monochrome Conversion
Fujifilm GFX 100
Fujifilm GFX 100s

Fujinon GF 20-30mm f/4 R WR
Fujinon GF 30mm f/5.6 T/S
Fujinon GF 35-70mm f/4.5-5.6 WR
Fujinon GF 55mm f/1.7 R WR
Fujinon GF 110mm f/2 R LM WR
Fujinon GF 110mm f/5.6 T/S Macro
Fujinon GF 250mm f/4 LM OIS WR

FujiFilm GFX 100 ,FujiFilm FUJINON GF110mmF2 R LM WR
f/2.0 at 110.0mm iso100 25-stack

Looks like you've got a versatile range of lenses to choose from Bob.

I'm not familiar with this hardware - what would the 35mm equivalent of your 250mm lens be?

Scale factor is aprox 0.8  so 250mm would be 200mm.
