Title: Where to find Nikon rabbit ear prong ?

Hi,
I'd like to adapt an AF-D lens for a Nikon F2 so I need to find those rabbit ears to add on the aperture ring.
Does anyone knows where it's possible to order then online?

I have bought Ai aperture rings from kamerastore.com in the past and it was easy they shipped pretty fast to the USA.
