Hi,

Wondering how does this lens perform at max aperture?
Is it well corrected for chromatic aberrations on a modern high res camera such as Z9?

About as good as can be expected given its vintage and optical design.

It handles well on a tripod because of a sturdy tripod mount, unlike modern lenses I dare say.
