I am intrigued by this, as I have a nice collection of Fuji lenses and an unloved Z50. But there are so many unanswered questions about this thing, not least the dreadful name and other ‘words’ plastered on the thing.
Nikon firmware updates could be a killer. Not necessarily intentional, but it’s easy to see how a fly by night company could sell a ‘working’ product, only for it to be rendered useless by lack of support down the road.

One would need continued support from the producer, since by experience Nikon firmware updates often (intentionally?) break third-party products such as lenses. AF might no longer work or the lens itself is not recognised thus aperture cannot be controlled and so forth. I use Viltrox lenses for Z cameras and they tend to be non-functional after Nikon firmware changes. Fortunately, Viltrox comes up with updated firmware for their lenses within a short time, often merely days. Still, this is a warning that once such company goes out of business, their lenses might end as door stoppers :)

Makes me realize that the Nikon CPU's you have supplied over the years has been accepted by all Nikon cameras so far, as far as I know,,,

Indeed they have. The FTZ/FTZ.2 adapters read the information correctly as far as I'm aware.

All my chipped lenses still work flawlessly.
No new contactblocks to be expected? :(

No more. I have set aside a small number for future use on own projects, but my former connections to Nikon have moved on, thus not easy to get parts any more.

I was already afraid for that.

It works :-)
AF works.
MF assist works.
Exif data works.
Aperture ring seen as a control ring by Z50, and can be set as an aperture ring.
Lens OS seems to work.
27mm 2.8 R WR does not mount on the adapter, so can’t be used.
