Strange Feather Flight Companionship

I saw a splendid mature female Swan in flight in company — for what-
ever strange reasons — of a mature Greater White-fronted Goose that
deliberately followed the heavier bird well after landing!!!

Very interesting tandem flight is captured beautifully!

I wonder if the goose is wrongly imprinted and thinks the swan is its mother?

Cheers, Akira!

was not observed again!
