This was taken with one of the Nikon 900 swivel lens series around the turn of the century , an unfair test of the camera of a very late night shot hand held  in the middle of a snow storm, not technically perfect but worth the attempt ?



the noise reduction washed away all details

However, at the same time, it "creates" an atmospheric, moody image well suited to this particular scene :D

Thanks Birna, I did  not want anyone to think I had just run the image through Photoshop, this was the best the camera technology could do at the time combined with my very basic understanding of the digital world.
