La Defense
« on: July 20, 2018, 10:52:38 »
Not the one you're thinking off. ;)
This building is in Almere, a small town that didn't exist until 1976, when the first houses where build. Before that it was water and part of "Southern Sea".
It has quite a few remarkable buildings.

The outside of the building has a silver-colored aluminum façade with horizontal window strips (not interesting). The glass facades on the courtyard are covered with foil from manufacturer 3M, which reflects in bright colors red, yellow and green. The color of this facade changes with a different viewpoint and / or other position of the sun.

Chris, this is an amazing presentation of this intriguing iridescent building.  Thank you for sharing!

Very nice series, (reminds me of the Hanzepark in Deventer).

great pictures of that place and perfect use of the fisheye

Almere for me means every 2nd year knowing which direction to go, but beeing confronted with fully new and different parallel roads, that lead to other places  :'(
If i put in Almere in my navigation system, it responds with the service sign  ;)

Thank you all. The weather was cooperative as well. We have good weather for 2 months now, almost ridiculous.   :)
The reflections should be even nicer after a rain shower.
