these plants are sooo fascinating, esp with insects in the picture. but: do they really help cure anything special?

6 hours sailing race at Nernier (F) on the Geneva Lake. Little wind (5-6 knots) but we avoided thunderstorms.

Colds, flue and upper respiratory infections...  I am told it works by kicking a lethargic immune system into action.

Thank you all for your wishes and prayers. I am happy to be back with my wife & kids and out of painland and the parallel universe of hospitals. Hope to stay out of there for a long time.

Today I will try out a real camera again for the first time in ages. My D850 without battery comparment plus the magic1.4/58G .... let's see where it will take me in the garden
