The "local" river at my new location has a lot of photo opportunities to offer. There are several run-of-river hydroelectric power stations nearby, and of course a visit there is deemed mandatory for a newcomer to the district.

This is Rånåsfoss, once upon a time believed sufficient for the electricity supply for the city of Oslo. Now it probably just generates sufficient power to charge all the computers and mobile devices found there :)

An information afternoon of the army. Showing materials and giving a 'demo', including smoke curtains...  ;)

In fact, only the skin tones appear (semi-)natural. Hair and clothes all have false colours.

I personally abhor people being rendered as blue/cyan 'aliens', so tend to direct the processing towards a warmer and more advantageous colour scheme for my EIR work. This also is more in accordance with the colour palette of the original slide film way back in the dark ages of analogue photography.

Very suggestive Armando. Love the framing too. The minimalistic approach gets the point across with space for imagination. It is like an expression in a book: "she was a most feminine and beautiful creature..." and you think of this :)

Thank you John, Paco and Bent, once I have a chance to process a few more images I'll open a separate thread, I shot with her in 2015 then  lost track until a couple of weeks ago
