today I was hit by pain in all my joints and muscles. I could hardly move and was very weak.

Are you all right, Frank?  You suffered from similar pain in the past?

Nice contrast and perspective, Akira !

Great composition, Akira

Beautiful blue

Thank you, John, Christian and Armando!

I am very compliant to medication plans if I trust the doctor. From early July last year till December 16th they gave me Azathioprin which did not have any of the desired effects but massive side effects. These got much better after getting rid of this poison but the joint pains and muscle pains did not go away. Sometimes I can hardly move, sometime the pains are just a background noise and I can move freely. I need to dig further into that, find the trigger and cause, the functional reason for these pains and dependeces, then get rid of it. But it is not easy. ...

much hope is in that. I already got rid of my "autoimmune" diseases this way and the Cortisone "Therapy" which was not a threapy at all but more of a brute force attack against the whole of my body.

Yes, Birna, Picture of diet follows!

My current diet is plants, plants, plants of high diversity plus a hering here and there or a trout

here are some recipes that strengthen the immune system and might even have a healing effect:

The recent spells of warmer weather have made our rivers enter spring flooding.  Always a photogenic opportunity not to be missed.

My new "local" river, Glomma, happens to be Norway's largest and surely it is not advisable  to fall into the swift currents!

Fuji S5Pro, AFS 18-140 Nikkor which I think actually suits the camera and its false-colour IR mode.

Thank you, Frank.  Indeed the image is all about the pleasant lighting.

Birna, the image offers, as always, various ways for the interpretation.  I like the sign whose design is a bit of reminiscent of Keith Haring.
