Yes! You seem to be endlessly traveling all over the planet, what a chance.
I was at that exact same location Kathmandu 14 years ago and did not look much up as was playing with very nice little kids (not beggars). We had fun for at least 30 minutes.

A very interesting image. The bird appears to be a raptor, a buzzard?
