Jakov, thanks for the identification.  Polka dot is her trademark, so it is not too difficult to guess.

I guess Jakov was using Olympus FCON-T01 fisheye teleconverter (originally designed for TG series cameras but known to be able to be used with AW 10/2.8 lens).

I have  FCON-T01 and it is not a circular fisheye, not even a full frame one, angle of view is much more moderate (see my AW1 review).

I guess Jakov's fisheye images were not the underwater shots but from-beneath-the-pool shots.
