Central Station- South entrance

(Did not use the Fuji S5 for a while, but I am again positively surprised by the flexibility of the RAW files)

John, makes sense now. As said, I'm looking for a 50'ish mm lens I do not yet have an equal of.

I'm selling my 5cm f2 Nikkor-S, 50mm f1,8 Ai-S and will only keep my 50mm f1,4 Nikkor-S, 55mm f3,5 micro Nikkor and 55mm f1,2 as standard lenses, but do consider adding a further lens in that range which then needs to offer something the other 3 do not do bette or equally good.

Frank, loving the slide scans. I'm glad to see you put that ES-1 to good use.

Sunday was "Corpus" day. Strong religious imaginary all around town.

Our neighbors celebrate Corpus with great effort. I did take photos of that every year.

Here I do not see typical Corpus elements, more general typical Catholic elements, these are shown wonderfully

You are right. The "incensiario" -google translates it as "censer"- is not specific for Corpus but a common element as there are the tunic, etc.

   Thank you Frank

It is the mobile home for the holy bread and the special clothing, the flower bouquets and altrars along the procession pass that define the event.

As soon as I get to It I might open a Corpus thread. The neighbors create flower mandalas every year

Yes. If you open such a thread I have a couple of altars along the procession pass images. Here is called "procession of procession" as every one has a representation. Some cities included all me kids that has received  the first communion that year, also there?

Akira, I canĀ“t see the image here but opened the file. Very impressive colors! Thanks for sharing it
