Deals on Nikon Cameras

A number of Nikon bodies are now on sale, some with lenses.   A few of interest at B&H with prices in U.S. dollars (rounded) and free items of note:

D7200   $1000 plus card and bag
D500     $1800 including MB-D17 plus other goodies
D750     $1500 including MB-D16 plus other goodies
D810     $2500 including MB-D12 plus other goodies

They have the same deal that they had last Christmas on the D500, which is the body, MB-17 grip, extra battery, bag, SanDisk 64GB SDXC, and the 16-80 f/2.8-4 VR lens for $2396. Similar deal of the 750 with grip and 24-120 lens. But, they took away the promo deals on the D7200 where you got a bag and 16GB SDHC card.
