Thanks Fons.  The snow must have been very local.

It looks a bit strange, the lines upper left.

This winter is twice as wet as it has been for many years allowing reflections in puddles.

Cold, snow, frost. No Daffodils yet, only in the supermarket.

I had to pause my pause just for today because this fascinated me so much: Some people are continuing their agricultural tradition in the inner city....

Opening of a large exhibition in De Pont from artist Fiona Tan.  One of her works is a photo-documentary about Mount Fuji in Japan.
"Mount Fuji is an icon as well as a cliché, in roughly the same way that windmills and wooden shoes have this status with respect to the Netherlands. Ascent is a reflection on this mountain that has such great significance to the Japanese, but also a study of its visual culture and a tribute to the history of both photography and film."  --  link  ( https://www.depont.nl/en/exhibitions/program/release/pers/fiona-tan-2/ )

Opening with Museum director Hendrik Driessen and Fiona Tan     (also an article about the expo  (in dutch): https://tilburgers.nl/ascent-van-fiona-tan-in-de-pont/ )

It is always good to experience different perspectives.  Aside from the impressive captures of Mt. Fuji with the "diamond sun", lenticular cloud or the mountain itself glowing in red, most of the images are, as mentioned, too common and boring.  The same goes with the popular Japanese tourist sites.

I always welcome foreign photographers taking pictures of such places to give fresh looks on them.
