Light-painting with a green laser. I think it counts...

I don't know if it counts, but it is the best light painting photo I have ever seen.

We must press on ....

Death Valley is hot and not a pleasant spot to stay for long, but admittedly there are are good photo opportunities there.

I hope this one fits the theme?

Playing with available light is my thing, sometimes light can render a regular scene monochrome by being at the right place at the right time. If the stars align and I find my shot it'll make the rest of the trip worthwhile, even when its just that one image (I shoot very little compared to my NG travel mates anyway).

Here's a few, yellow, blue, gold and yellow again. Some have been posted in other topics before but I don't mind if you don't mind ;D

Backlit lighthouse in the mist, I kept moving the tripod to catch the the shadows in the sky phenomena

D700 with 24-70/2.8, Holland 2009

Of course an image of the Blaue Stunde has to be part of this series

D800 with 35/1.4G, Norway 2013

A Cheetah shot in the African golden hour

D700 with 200-400/4VR, South Africa 2009

Africa waking up shot from a balloon on the NG Safari

D300 with 70-200/2.8VR, South Africa 2009
