It's not the GIF but an image that was removed (I managed to see it just two minutes before it was taken down).
A comic depicting Robin and Batman.
Robin: We'll fix it in post Batm....

FYI: What I had posted, and then removed, was a shot I made (using an iPhone) of a small graphic print seen on a bulletin board in the hallway at a famous 'mouse factory' in Burbank, CA.  The artist had re-drawn it (and improved it) slightly, but the original came from this website of humorous graphics:

...which has---I discovered--- a 'no-reproduce without permission' clause in their terms of service.
Best to be safe in legal matters, I always say.
