Indoor swim meets have horrid light and not much of it, so you are almost forced to try stuff like this to get anything worthwhile.
D800, AF-S 70-200/2.8 VR
1. Swimmer entering the water before the backstroke. 1/45 sec
2. Swimmer diving in at the start. 1/15 sec. Pulling off a good pan of the start is hard because it is such a sudden motion.
