Address?

Not a complain - but a request - if possible - can member's locations show so we can see where they come from?

Location isn't part of the registration fields.

However, just add a second line with your location in the custom text field (set in your profile) if you want to show people where you are in the world.

I stand corrected - being too hasty. The custom field can only hold a single line. So my advice was unfounded. Of course you can delete the current text and put your location there instead, but not both concurrently.

However, do NOT despair. Andrea ('annedi') will turn her prying eyes on the scrips used at SMF. There is already a location field when people register, so the challenge now is to get it displayed in the forum messages.

As you can see - I deleted the text that said

"you ARE Nikon"  or something like that - and just inserted my location

but of course that doesnt mean other people will do it.

It might not be important to others - I do like seeing that though.

We just ask everybody to adopt Elsa's policy. I did.

Admins could change the "personal text" to "location" and lose the location field
You are out there. You and your camera. You can shoot or not shoot as you please. Discover the world, Your world. Show it to us. Or we might never see it.
