A bit too late...
"Contest must be received by 11:59 p.m. January 31st, 2019, Eastern Time (“EST”), in order to be eligible".

Besides that: "By entering, you grant to Sponsor a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to reproduce and republish your entry, along with your name and likeness, in any and all media, without further permission, notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law)."
...

Always read the fine print before entering photo contests.

Basically they only want your photos for free. Same story as with most companies these days. Stay away.
