. . . or trying to. Once a style becomes a habit, it may be time to look at things differently, and so I'm trying to be a little more experimental; less dependent on the formulae which became a style which became a habit. But it's hard; like trying to learn a new language.

David, plesae don´t do that - what will be left to us, if you expand your portfolio :)
great pictures you show here
-
Thomas - ha ha - you are a joker - what a pity you won't be with us in May, but thank you and Birna and Bent for encouraging my first efforts.
-
Please keep experimenting.
-
Apparently, you have already gotten out of the box, Dave!
-
Please, keep on doing it. I'll try to put myself in that frame of mind too.
Thanks for sharing experience
-
I like it, keep going. Experiments keep us young
-
Always good to keep trying new things. I especially like the tree in snow.
-
David, very nice. As the others already suggested, keep going.

Thanks to everyone - your posts give me great encouragement, and I never for a moment expected these pictures would get such a response. Thank you.
Just a moment . . . . maybe you were so bored with my landscapes that you couldn't wait for me to try something different?

Now you know that's not true!
I'm sure whatever style you pursue will produce outstanding pictures which the viewer will enjoy and admire.

Oh, Dave, I would not complain even if you stay in your comfortable zone to make landscapes that will NEVER become boring. I just can't but admire your desire to get out of the box!
