are you somehow referring to the white print on the blue sign? I cannot read it, gets lost in JPEG artifacts

No Frank. It's the graffiti on stone bridge abutment.

Without tripod, I guess wrong lens for the job (Zeiss 25/2.8).

Also I dislike DxO as it doesn't support that lens and doesn't show focus point in edit (that I know of).

The resolution isnt helpfull does it says: the eyes are useless.... I cannot reed further

A longer lens would be more appropriate if the graffiti is main subject ...
