Thank you for looking.
Thank you...for posting.  I am fascinated to see this place, almost universally depicted in strong if not lurid color, in mono. Your 21mm is in good compositional hands.  The minimal tilting of the camera is appreciated.

A lovely set of images. The BW processing is really cool, like infrared  8)

B&W magic! What a wonderful set of images of a magical place ... ( to me it is magical.)

Magic, use of the 21mm and fantastic pp conversion. All already said but worth repeating. I´ll like to see one day how you cook your magic and learn.

   Thank for sharing

Thank you all for the kind remarks. I´m glad you like it.
Paco, unfortunatelly (or fortunatelly) there is no magic in my pp.
A little Clarity (less than 10) and sharpness in the RAW converter and levels adjustment. That´s it.
Sometimes I use the shadows/highlight to tame the extreme highlights a bit.
I use PS CC and for the B&W I use the Silver Effex or the PS CC converter, according to the scene.
Never do composites. I  consider them not as photography but as another form of expression, that does not suit my taste.

I like how you think.  I think of myself as a photographer and not a digital artist.  I limit my manipulations to basically the tools/techniques found in the wet darkroom.

The blue sky is very dark...which is a classic effect and well used here.  You have used no reduction of blue brightness in post?

Classic.  I like the last and especially the third-last particularly.  Red filter for the skies and printed on number 4 paper for dramatic contrast!

Cheers,      John

During the B&W convertion I select a color filter (green, yellow, red)  according to the contrast desired.

Thank you.

Beautiful photographs, Aguinaldo. I am particularly impressed by your ability to go out and about with only such a wide lens and take so many lovely photographs.

Thank you so much Ian for the flattering comment.
I love photography so much that I´m almost all the time visualizing a picture when I see good light, beautiful place or forms and colors.
Using just one camera/lens for this session is for two reasons: I was riding a bicycle with a very small backpack and/because in Rio you are at risk of mugging when carrying photo gear. Very sad but true.
My visualization process include both wide and telephoto situations and it sucks when I see a good telephoto picture while carrying only the WA.
Cheers
