Hi all,
Hi Bjoern
as it is availble really cheap now -- I am interested in the AF-Nikkor 28-105 mm f/3.5-4.5 IF
for use on an infrared converted Camera (either Nikon D5300 -- [built-in GPS and would fit the plastic look of the lens]
or a Sony Alpha 6000 (APS-C) or a full frame Alpha 7 M2 ---
I read the reviews of some "old" Nikkors years ago --- (http://www.naturfotograf.com/lens_zoom_02.html)
and http://nikongear.net/revival/index.php?topic=2733.0 (Bjoerns info about his walk-around IR-lens)
I consider Bjoerns recommendation of the AF-S 16-85 ED DX lens for IR ...http://www.naturfotograf.com/lens_zoom_01.html#AFS16-85EDGVR
as this would fit better the APS-C cams...
Can someone report on the power of the AF-Nikkor 28-105 mm f/3.5-4.5 IF lens on IR converted cameras (internal 720 nm conversion)
Thankyou for your thoughts and guidance!
Christian
