Impact would be stronger if only the greenery on right side had been present. Now, the vegetation merely acts as the textbook-type framing instead of providing contrast in from, shape, and function to whatever metallic structures are in the background.

I love the combination of natural beauty(the trees and sky) with the down-and-out human-constructed stuff.  Classic theme...I never get tired of it.
You've done an almost perfect job of balancing the subjects in the 1.5:1 frame --- 3 or 4 structures, 2 trees and 1 sky --- into a composition. However, no one subject stands out.
That'd be my observation.
