Very nice perception of depth to the whole scene.

This might have been my fifth trip or sixth.  The place is miraculous, awesome and overpowering.  It is hard to get the final image to match memory.  Carolyn Guild loved this place.  Thank you everyone.

Ron:

Very captivating.  The curved lines leading down towards the center, and then the small winding river bed?, back to the distant mountains and eventually up into the clouds.

On a completely irreverent note, I imagined giants skate boarding down the slopes.  Don't know where that one came from.

Cheers

Randy

Now, that's a thought.  There is a system of trails to hike down there.  It's an overnight deal and one must arrange pickup down the mountain in advance.  The furtherest down I have been is about 2 miles.  Thank you.
