great composition and framing. The eyes are at the heart of it all but the spacing on the right has added to the framing very nicely.

The image is very low in contrast but Mongo suspects this was intentional on your part Armando. Perhaps to tone down the overall effect of the freckles. It still looks very interesting even if a partial auto curves or auto contrast adjustment is done in Photoshop. Nice work.

I also much prefer the edited version.
I am all for cutting heads (French bload!) and do it all the time but here I feel it was done too close to the hair limit (above or below would be ok), it always looks strange to me... This is probably personal.

yeh.....much better for what is a very nice image. The head thing - yes- it is noticeable but as with all rules, it can be broken and still work well in some cases. Mongo thinks there is a strong enough presence in the subject for this to be one of those cases. Having said that, it may possibly have looked even better with all the head in frame but still a compelling image.

PS - Mongo hopes she is not one of those women who concern themselves endlessly about things like freckles. They are very endearing on her and she is naturally beautiful.

this edit appeals to me more. She pops out and leaves the BG soft. So the relation of subject to background is much better.

I would still like to see her beautiful face in an autumnal landscape. I feel this would bring out her features perfectly.

The street scene in a sports dress does not suit her so well IMO. Another, more dynamic pose could help possibly.
